Copper lead separation has always been a major challenge in the mineral processing industry. Traditional copper lead separation and copper float suppression methods include sodium cyanide method and sodium mercaptoacetate or its upgraded agents. Sodium cyanide can cause serious environmental pollution, while sodium mercaptoacetate is particularly sensitive to drug removal efficiency and dosage, making it difficult to control in actual production.

 

The R&D team of Xi'an Mining Resources is dedicated to researching copper lead separation reagents. After extensive experiments, following the KY301 lead inhibitor, KY302 copper inhibitor has been developed.

 

This drug can completely replace traditional drugs such as sodium cyanide and sodium thioacetate. When it contains secondary copper, it can be combined with zinc sulfate for better results.

 

 

2、 Medication Description

 

1. Product form: Gray powdery solid (soluble type).

 

2. Pharmaceutical use: Suitable for copper lead separation, copper molybdenum separation, and other copper containing polymetallic ores.

 

3. Dosage of reagents: 100-1000g/t (based on the experimental dosage, the grade of the raw ore may vary).

 

4. Usage: Directly add solid or prepare a solution with a mass concentration of 1% to 10%.

 

3、 Medication usage process

 

Before use, the copper lead mixed concentrate should be de medicated:

(3) Stirring, washing, and drug removal

 

(4) Sodium sulfide drug removal

 

(5) Activated carbon adsorption for drug removal

 

(6) Combination of sodium sulfide and activated carbon for drug removal

 

(7) Warm drug removal

 

 

4、 Drug transportation and storage

 

(1) The product is non flammable, non explosive, non oxidizing, non radioactive, and has no other transportation hazards. It can be transported by road, railway, sea, or air.

 

(2) The product is prone to moisture absorption and should be moisture-proof, moisture-proof, waterproof, and sealed. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, sealed tightly.

 

(3) Products should be stored in isolation and strictly prohibited from being mixed with other chemicals or edible items for storage; Prevent accidental ingestion by humans and animals.
