Xi'an Kuangyuan Nonferrous Metallurgy Research Institute invited to co host the 2020 Xi'an International Water Expo

1、 Background of the meeting

 

The 2020 China (Xi'an) International Water Treatment Technology and Equipment Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Water Expo") is hosted by Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Shaanxi Provincial Convention and Exhibition Center, and co organized by Xi'an Mining Source Nonferrous Metallurgy Research Institute Co., Ltd., Xi'an Import and Export Chamber of Commerce, International Water Association (IWA), Water Supply and Drainage Professional Committee of Shaanxi Civil Engineering and Architecture Society, Xi'an Environmental Protection Industry Association, Dalian Environmental Protection Industry Association, and other units. The conference is scheduled to be held from November 25th to 28th, 2020 at the Xi'an Chanba Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center.

 

The theme of the conference is "Smart Water · Ecological Silk Road", which involves water source restoration, drinking water and sewage treatment, sludge treatment and disposal, industrial wastewater treatment, water environment ecological protection, etc., with the purpose of solving practical difficulties, promoting the sustainable use of water resources to support the sustainable development of urban economy and society, and promoting the technical guidance and business cooperation and exchange of enterprises in countries and regions along the "the Belt and Road".

 

2、 Conference scale

 

This water expo has a total of 2 indoor pavilions, divided into 13 exhibition areas and approximately 700 booths. The exhibition area is divided into sewage/sludge/wastewater treatment equipment exhibition area, membrane technology and membrane treatment products exhibition area, smart water services and instruments exhibition area, water companies and engineering cases exhibition area, water purification equipment and chemicals exhibition area, Yellow River Basin governance exhibition area, government environmental comprehensive governance achievements exhibition area, building water supply and drainage exhibition area, scientific research achievements exhibition area, sponge city and other areas. At the same time, the 2020 Silk Road (Xi'an) Water Treatment Summit Forum and eight professional academic forums will be held, with over a hundred academicians, professors, and experts attending the venue.

3、 Research Institute Co Organizing Method

 

Xi'an Kuangyuan Nonferrous Metallurgical Research Institute focuses on the selection and smelting process technology and mine solid waste treatment, continuously improving and innovating in the fields of green mines, selection and smelting "three wastes", and soil remediation. The research institute has independent research and development laboratories and advanced supporting equipment, with strong technical strength. The research institute always adheres to the work style of "fast, efficient, and pragmatic", and the service philosophy of "sincere innovation, shaping corporate image; continuous improvement, creating industry boutiques". It adheres to the principle of promoting development through innovation, continuously realizing the independence and autonomy of the company's technology, and completing more "three waste treatment" projects.

 

As a co organizer of this Water Expo, Xi'an Kuangyuan Nonferrous Metallurgical Research Institute has a large number of high-quality resources such as mining enterprises. It is familiar with the importance that mining enterprises attach to ore dressing tailings, mining tailings, and various types of wastewater. With its professional skills, it will contribute to this conference. At the same time, we will collaborate with major media organizations such as China Natural Resources Daily, China Mining Daily, China Industry Daily, China Gold Daily, China Coal Daily, and China Industrial Solid Waste Network to promote and publicize the conference.
