In mid November, our institute was commissioned by a mining company in Shaanxi to carry out a lead zinc separation technology research project on the tailings from the wet extraction of gold and silver from its production site, in order to achieve comprehensive resource recycling and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise. The lead zinc separation project includes small-scale laboratory beneficiation experiments in the early stage, on-site semi industrial production debugging, and later expanded production.

At present, our technical research personnel have achieved preliminary separation of lead and zinc through beneficiation experiments and semi industrial production debugging. In the later stage, it is necessary to optimize the experimental conditions of lead and zinc separation to achieve large-scale on-site production application.

After statistical analysis of the preliminary experimental data by both parties, the lead zinc separation production line has been arranged for commissioning and operation. Our technical personnel are diligent in their duties, have clear division of labor, analyze production phenomena on the production line, and make timely adjustments to production debugging plans.
