On the morning of July 31, 2020, our technical personnel were invited to visit the mineral processing agent production plant of Shaanxi Huaguang Industry, and both parties had discussions on the relevant business of each company.

Firstly, technical personnel from Huaguang will provide a detailed introduction to their main business and related pharmaceuticals, which mainly includes three major sectors: mineral product processing, production of mineral processing reagents, and trade. Secondly, Mr. Zhu from our institute will introduce the overall operation of the group company, mainly including the three business sectors of mining (Xi'an Kuanyuan Nonferrous Metallurgical Research Institute and Tongxin Mining Product Trading Platform), international trade, and environmental protection; Subsequently, Mr. Li from our hospital elaborated in detail on the current status, raw materials, production and processing, as well as environmental protection treatment of mineral insect friendly gold extraction agents. Emphasis is placed on competition in the product industry, pricing, and the later development trend of the gold extraction agent industry. In the end, both parties reached a preliminary intention to cooperate, with complementary advantages, resource sharing, and win-win cooperation.

Subsequently, at 3:00 pm, our hospital went to Shaanxi Pucheng Hehe Environmental Protection New Materials Co., Ltd. for business negotiations. Mainly discussing the technical application of oleic acid reagents, fluorite mining related projects and markets. As the saying goes, "Trust is a prerequisite for cooperation, and only with a sincere attitude can the goal of win-win cooperation be achieved." Through this exchange, both parties have gained a further understanding of their respective company's business situation, laying a good foundation for future cooperation.
